Day 1- There was so many push ups and i can’t feel my arms right now. I have a feeling i am going to wake up very sore tomorrow.
I basically followed THIS tutorial, except i just did the back like picture #7 and just cut off the extra fabric. Hope this helped =)
Didn’t run today becuase my legs are sore from dancing all night in heels at prom yesterday so Sunday i will go back to doing my long runs.
