Breakfast: 

  • Special K strawberry cereal w/ sugar free almond milk
  • 1/2 cup of Jasmine green tea

AM Snack:

  • Fiber One peanut butter granola bar

Lunch

  • Veggie burger on multigrain sandwich slims, with mustard, onions, lettuce, and tomatoes
  • a pear
  • apple sauce

PM Snack:

  • a green apple

Dinner:

  • 1/2 cup of fried rice
  • Yoplait light yogurt with granola

Workout:

  • 2hrs Soccer Practice

Background

I have been looking at a few weightless blogs on here && i decided that i would start to blog about my journey to becoming healthier. I started June 2011 weighing 203lbs at 5’2” since then i have managed to lose about 50lbs. Right now i weigh 151lbs && my goal is to weigh 125 by April 2012.
