just ran a 8:00 minute mile. Feels so good.
usual i am really good at controlling my snacking but this last week i couldn’t stop snacking & even though i shouldn’t have been eating i just kept snacking and snacking. Goals for the week
- resist the urge to weigh myself until next saturday
- STOP THE SNACKING
- get back on track
