Me after 30min of walking 4.0mph @ 10% incline. I didn’t think i could get all sweaty from walking.

toady was Senior day so there was treats around all day long, i had 3 cookies no regrets whatsoever. I haven’t had sweets in two weeks so my body reacted bad to the cookies but i think that is a good thing that my body dosen’t want sugar anymore
